UK Driving license for Non UK Drivers

If you want to exchange your UK driving license and you are resident in great Britain and your driving license issued in the European Union, Northern Ireland, Australia, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Faroe Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Zimbabwe or Jersey then you can fill D1 application form and sent to DVLA with the license fee, your identity and address proof and you will get your driving license within 3 weeks. You can use DVLA online ordering services for filling the D1 application form or you can send to the DVLA address by post.
