Safe drivers must follow the traffic rules and driving according to the rules but some drivers driving rashly and not following the traffic rules and regulations. Every country has the own set of driving rules and drivers must drive according to the country driving rules. The disqualification can be escaped only for two reasons:
Exceptional Hardship:
The driving law acquires some special scenarios exists in the special case for motorists. When these conditions apply in that case then under Exceptional Hardship, the disqualification will be escaped. The court allowed the consideration that involves certain factors with proofs.
Special Reasons:
These reasons involved some special case that depends on the driving conditions and the amount of driving offenses. In case of drunk driving, court will consider following factors-
- Vehicle condition
- Driving distance
- Driving manner
- Driver’s intensions
- Road and traffic conditions
- Danger to the other road users
If you disqualified more than 56 day the after disqualification you need to give driving test again or extended driving test to obtain your driving license.
